LAMINATING MACHINE TO PRODUCE:

1. Unwinding machine
a) Pneumatic shaft, standard 3" diameter.
b) security self locking studs with replacing shaft sliding surfaces,
c) Pneumatic brake.
2. Coating machine
a) Two rubber coated rolls, the upper roll displacement by two servo motors, independently acting on the both studs of the ioll. Two digital pressure indicators
b) Front doctor blade for resin coatings.
c) Back doctor blade for stearate coating.
d) Circulating pump for stearate coating
e) ldler roll for bath impregnation.
3. Pneumatic edge control
to maintain the alignment of the processing material.
. Humidifying device
a)Special rubber coated roll stainless steel ground roll.
5. Flat dryer
in galvanized material, 2O meters long, with 8 independent zones with nozzle blowing system. Hydraulic opening system. Cylinders on the hinge side. Safety system. Opening on the left side in the material running direction. Each zone heated by electrical 50 kW elements, independently temperature controlled. Curved inside material track, H=600mm. Air recycle up to 70%. Heat converter to take care of the calories.
Capacity of the air blowing system for each section, 6,000 Nm3/h. Variable air volume fans.
6. Unwinding machine for the laminating web. ( as per point 1).
7. Pneumatic edge control (as per point 3).
8. Driving and larninating device:
a) One rubber coated driving roll.
b) One nylon covered idler noll
c) Pressure adjustment device
9. Rewinding machine, constant movement, double rewinding direction
a) Pneumatic shaft, standard 3” diameter
b) Security self locking studs wlth replacing shaft stiding surfaces.
10. Scraps cutting and rewinding device.

a) 2 motors for coating machine.

As pilot motor is referred the ground roll of the coating machine.
All the other line motors, excluded humidifying device and rewinding machine, subdued to the pilot motor, with the possibility of single adjustment + or – 10% to control the tension of the web.
